Creekside Alta Loma Apartments

I want to thank Denise from Creekside Alta Loma for taking the time to tour me around the complex and explain everything in such great detail. I wanted to give a big thank you on the changes over the past 6 months with the new management/staff. I moved here about 5 years ago because the quiteness, beautiful trees/landscaping and creek on the property definetly sold me. During the several years I debated on leaving because office wouldn't respond to my inquiries, cleanliness of the property wasn't being maintained and work orders took weeks. NOW when I leave/come home from work I drive through and the community is clean, my building is being cleaned, my work orders are completed quickly and the staff is more friendly and helpful. Chris the new Maintenance Supervisor has made an impact on the properties cleanliness and work orders being taken care of promptly and professionally. I want to send a special thank you to Diana the leasing manager for all of the support and care during our move. We came on multiple occasions to tour and you accommodated us each time, until we found the one, thank you! We look forward to our new chapter here at the beautiful creek side apartments. Also, want to send a thank you to Denise as well. I can’t speak for the past, but the management staff and ground staff seem to be active. I see them more often than not working on the grounds. Beautiful setting and landscape with abundant trees and creek along the foothills of the mountain. Apartments are older, but well kept. *Note: my review was mainly based on the excellent customer service from Diana. We've lived in Rancho Cucamonga for many years in several apartment complexes, but Creekside has been the best place by far. We've lived here about 8 months and the landscape, running creek, the nataure, cleanliness and basketball court has been amazing. Upon move in the apartment was beautiful and even our neighbors have been great! Chris with maintenance has fixed some minor issues in the apartment and he's always friendly and professional even wearing shoe covers as he enters our apartment. We look forward to continuing living here. The front entry gate is my only concern as it does break down alot, but understand that's part of being in gated community.

I love this community! It’s filled with grass, trees and the beautiful sounds of the creek. Staff is super friendly and always takes care of any concerns I have. Thank you to Chris the maintenance manager who is super knowledgeable. I had an on going issue with my heater that he resolved the 1st time he looked at it! Needless to say I will be renewing my lease for another year. This community is not just apartments but feels like home!
