Creek's Edge at Stony Point Apartments

My husband, daughter, and I (and our cat) LOVED our year and a half living at Creek's Edge (relocated due to a job change). I can't say enough great things about this neighborhood, the management, maintenance, facilities, and amenities! The staff are incredibly responsive and kind, maintenance is timely and professional, the pool and gym facilities are great (and great for kids!), and the neighbors in general were all very sweet and friendly, and there are lots of sweet dogs around! It feels like a place where people really enjoy where they live. I have absolutely loved my 2-going-on-3 years at Creek's Edge! 1. It is SO quiet. Yes, of course, you can hear neighbors walking around above you sometimes, but NO TV sounds, NO music from other apartments, NOTHING! This has always been my biggest problem at other apartment complexes, so I'm incredibly grateful to have zero sound complaints here. 2. It is SO clean and very well maintained. If there's a problem, maintenance is there within 24 hours (usually within an hour or two!). The landscaping is beautiful, the pool is sparkling, the gym is tidy, the sidewalks and parking lots are smooth. When I moved in, my apartment was clean, freshly painted, and ready to go, and I've had no pest problems at all. Being a no-smoking-indoors complex helps, too - no cigarette or marijuana smells inside!

We lived in Creek's Edge for just over a year before buying our house. We loved our apartment. The community is nice, there were no noise issues at all, the location is convenient, and it is a great place for dogs.
