Creekbend Apartments

Melissa & Kate were absolutely wonderful ! This was my first experience getting an apartment and they made me feel so supported and super welcomed. They kept me updated and in the loop the whole time, I truly appreciate their hospitality and communication skills.

This place is a joke.I thought it was a really nice place when I first came here.But after getting to know the property it is like a nightmare.They allow people with 5 or more vehicles to park.All their vehicles in here when you try to come in.After work to find a place to park you either have to park on the opposite side of the complex from your apartment. If there's a spot open and walk all the way to your apartment or if there's none available, you have to try to squeeze in somewhere God forbid, if you park off to the side. Where you're not blocking any dumpsters or garages. Just so you can have a place to park. They will tow you immediately, but they continue to allow multiple residence to have multiple vehicles, which is not right at all. Nothing is enforced. Work orders doesn't get

RUN while you can!! If you don’t want unwanted guest “RATS” look else where I’ve caught 3 in my kitchen, bathroom and closet terrified to live in my home sadly no type of help has been given from landlord will be in contact with Public Health who has scheduled an appointment to come checkout the apartment. Have seen black mold in the unit as well nobody come to help just fixes over the problem but no repairs are ever made ! If you have small children or pets or even wanna feel comfortable in your own home do not look here !! Very clean person so definitely is a serous concern here.

I do not live here!!!! I was a visitor to someone who does. The main side walks to the apartments are in deplorable conditions! Such fall hazards! I'm unaware how anyone who is handicapped can manivor through there! They seriously have sink holes in the side walks that could fit an entire wheelchair! Dogs are always off leash running around and not to mention picking up dog poop around there is unheard of!

The process of moving into the apartment was amazing and Melissa my Leasing agent she made it all so easy and it went by really fast! I really do appreciate all the help from her and her staff!
