Creek At Brookhollow Apartments

The office staff, free covered parking and no hidden fees made my decision to lease easy. Older property but very well kept, the maintenance guys are quick to do my work orders. It's quiet and clean. I like to travel and honestly save a lot of money living here.

When I came to look for an apartment every one was very friendly. Rosie made me feel at home each time I came in,answered all my questions. She still checks up on me. I feel The Creek at Brookhollow is the place to call home.

I stop by the Creek At Brookhollow Apartments and was greeted with such enthusiasm, Kindness from Mrs.Rosie . The apartments looked so beautiful and made me fill like this is where I want to live or call my future home . Thank you Rosie

I CANNOT LEAVE 0 STARS SO TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR AN APARTMENT, DOO NOT!!! MOVE HERE! I only moved in less than 3months, live on the second floor! My daughter can NOT stay with me because I’ve been dealing with wasps, spiders, hoping ants, little roaches and mosquitoes. You can hear things crawling in the ceiling and there’s no one above me. Smell of weed non stop Packages getting stolen Cars and apartments being attempted to broken into And now finding a bullet hole flying into my apartment complex…… THIS IS NOT WHERE YOU WANT TO STAY LET ALONE START NEW LOCATIONS. I spoke with the apartment manager Jaime directly to see about switching units as I don’t feel safe at my apartment and she said my safety is no concern to them. I have to file a police report and handle this myself. OV

I just wanted to take a moment to give a compliment to one of the technicians, Campos. Every time he comes to help out with a work order, I can always trust that the job is going to get done, and get done quickly. He’s very professional and knowledgeable. Even when I’m outside going for a walk and I see him, he always says hello, and I don’t think I’ve ever seen him in a bad mood. He always seems happy and willing to help. Campos definitely contributes to why I enjoy living here.
