BEWARE: If renting from this agency, and you need issues addressed by property management you are on your own! I rented a 2 bed 2 bath in December 2023. When I signed my lease, I was made aware by my property manager Erik Davis that my upstairs bathtub had cracks and previously had a leak through the downstairs ceiling but was repaired and there were plans by the owner to install a new shower in the Spring. Just a couple month later In March, my bathtub starts to leak through the downstairs ceiling. After contacting Erik, he sent someone out to patch the cracks in the tub. After the repair man leaves the same day it began to leak in 2 more places. My partner put us in touch with Susanna to view a couple homes and it was pretty okay, she didn’t have much to say about the properties we were interested in. Over a weekend she had notified us that she would be out of town but she would be able to get a colleague of hers to show us some more homes. My husband and I got referred to an agent, Shana Hoffman to help us through the process of purchasing our first home. From beginning to end she had consistent, unbeatable work ethic, open communication, and transparency. She is knowledgeable and personable which made working with her all the better. It has taken me a while to write this review to see how our situation panned out for the long run. We used Emily Vining while under a different realty group and had the most horrific experience. She runs her team like an MLM and often ignores her clients needs to make commission for herself and the bank she partners with (formerly OVM now penny mac or whatever) she completely botched our sale and now down the road a title insurance battle, and consulting a lawyer we have found she's belongs to the board of shady Hampton Roads realtors that bounce from broker to broker. Please when looking for a realtor find one that truly listens to their clients and isn't in the business in getting a client under contract in 7 days or less. Also one that isn't so prone to hysterics.

The worst experience ever renting a property under management of Mr Martinez. We requested our security back and Creed Realty never responded. The property was cleaned professionally, and pictures were sent. He never met to do the walk through. Never provided us the walk through list and didn't show up on the day scheduled. We hired a maid service that did a move out cleaning contract. Creed kept our deposit. That's not how you do business! With all that was going on with Covid keeping someone's deposit when it was requested in writing was truly the incorrect thing to do. You put a renter who was never late with rent for 3yrs in a place of inconvenience because you didn't care.Unprofessional !!!
