Juan Paulino was good... he was greater than great... he wa amazing!!! I work with distressed properties and closing and fund is of the essence since a lot of them are going into foreclosure... Juan handled it calm and collectively... He's even savvy on the investments side. If he did great on the investment side that is a high paced environment... he can do it with his eyes closed on regular transactions. Highly recommended!!!

Do not use! I used wildcat lending several times with no problems years ago. I recently took out a loan when it was still wildcat lending when they all of a sudden “rebranded” to Crebrid and used a debt collector service to service the loan. Could not contact them directly to get anything sorted and had to use the go between service which prolonged everything even more. They were extremely difficult to work with and were not very upfront about fees being charged. Took months to get my extension approved and by the time it was approved, it was almost at its expiry date which is insane considering it was them who took forever, costing me even more money. Extremely unorganized and unprofessional

I have two words "DO NOT." I am a full time real estate agent and investor who has worked with several hard money lenders whether for myself or my investors. This lender has been the absolute worst. I don't even have a loan number, that is how much of a joke this company is. For starters, draw requests are $125 and require a human to come to the job site. Other lenders have evolved to phone applications and photo verifications that cut this cost in half. Next, when having to do modifications to your loan they literally hit you with "pay to play" fees. It's actually unethical. They have requested additional interest only payments before even discussing the modification we were wanting to request. All in all, we were charged "auto extend fees" AND Extension Fees AND the actual payment incr
