I wish I had done a little more research. Peter Crawford will do everything in his power to keep your security deposit. If you google him you can find multiple ex tenants stating the same. Kinda just a jerk in general. Overall living experience was not as bad as some of the stories but after he found out I was moving out he took money from me which was not owed to him and kept my security after I have direct written communication with him stating I can have a subletter use my deposit and then lied to me and the person taking over multiple times (all in writing if you want to reach out to me I can share).

Amazing company. I highlight recommend them if your in need of rental property.
