Crash Pads II Apartments

If I could give zero stars, I would. When my daughter first moved into Crash Pads 2, she was welcomed not with hospitality, but with bedbugs. Her bed had to be thrown away, and she was displaced for two weeks while the issue was addressed. Unfortunately, that was just the beginning. She has lived with a roach infestation for over a year, despite multiple complaints. Her dishwasher has never worked, and the air conditioning only works part of the time a serious concern in Texas heat. There was also a leak under her bathroom sink that sat ignored for months. We were forced to soak the area in bleach regularly just to keep the mold and mildew under control. I’m appalled at the lack of care and response from management. I just want to give a big shoutout to Jermaine for saving the day with my bathroom emergency! It was a total disaster—water was coming out of the toilet, and it was so close to flooding my apartment. Editing my previous review. Had some miscommunication involving some backlogged repair orders. The owner/property manager contacted me and the repairs were swiftly completed. Craig (the repair man) was great and got everything in order! Appreciate the quick response by the team. I’ve lived here for around 5 years now. The property is great. Very quaint and quiet, and within walking distance to UNT. I love my unit and don’t plan on moving until I leave Denton.

The leasing office is least responsive Ac isn’t working since move in. Ni one answers the calls. nor they open the office even during weekdays within office hours. They do not respond to emails. So we had to buy our on AC units and set it up all by ourselves.
