Crane's Landing

I just want to say I been living here for 3 years and just renewed my lease for another 12 months because living here has truly been the best experience I have ever had living Apartment life in Corpus Christi. I have lived in other apartments here in the city and have never had what I have here as in all around, good management, clean pools, clean laundry areas, clean grounds, maintenance always on time, very nice staff, everyone is always nice and listens to my questions and concerns. I have been so happy living here and I highly recommend this place !

We just moved into our new apartment and we couldn't be happier with our choice It's clear that the management takes pride in their property. The process of moving in was incredibly smooth thanks to the management team who made us feel completely welcome. We look forward to calling Crane's landing our home for quite some time. Great place to live. apartments are very spacious and maintenance are fast when it comes to fixing anything that's needs fixing.They staff is very courteous, respectful., and helpful. I really enjoy living here. I highly recommend this place for anyone who's looking for a spacious and decent priced apartment.

Shitty service. Maintenance can't even wake up on time. You call and call and IF you finally get a response, they take am extra month to come to your unit on THEIR own schedule and bang on your door. When you don't answer because you're at work, the process repeats. Such genuinely trashy owners make this a horrible apartment complex

Moved out of this place one year ago, paid all of my bill and fees via money order and they sent a bill to collections and ruined my credit.
