Cranberry Woods Townhomes

We lived at Cranberry Woods for just shy of three years and it truly felt like home. The community is very friendly and we became friendly with several of our neighbors during this time. The office staff is always ready to help with any questions or concerns and are always pleasant to deal with. It stays relatively quiet and the whole area is very safe, I forgot to lock my car on many occasions and was never worried or concerned about anyone messing with it. This peace of mind was, in of itself extremely valuable to us. Anytime a small maintenance issue came up, (which was only twice) management had it resolved the same day. The maintenance team is also very professional and friendly, which isn't necessarily the case everywhere. Our only reason for leaving was that we finally purchased

I have absolutely loved my time living at Cranberry Woods! The staff is amazing and always so helpful! The maintenance staff are always fast and on point to fix any issues. The pool has been my favorite spot. Clean, quiet and my safe haven for a while.

RENTERS BEWARE!! My husband and I were looking for a place to rent that would accommodate our 2 kids and 2 pets. We chose to apply to for a 3 bed townhouse here. The process went smooth at first... until it didn't. Both my pets are registered emotional support animals. Cranberry woods townhomes uses a third party platform to register animals called Pet Screening Services. This 3rd party service refused to acknowledge my certificates, housing letter and multipet verification forms, stating that I could have gotten them online. All documentation had my Dr's name, license number and contact information. Pet screening refused to call my Dr and verify the authenticity of the certificates. 2/5/2025 - I moved out today. At the moment, I cannot recall any issues. I’ll think more about it later. Excellent place to call home. Their trash pick-up service is incredibly convenient, offering three pickups per week. 👌 11/13/2024 - I've been living at Cranberry Woods for 3 months, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The management and maintenance team here are incredibly responsive – any emails or work orders I've submitted have been addressed within 24 hours, and often even within just a few hours. For example, I recently had an issue where a bathroom fixture came loose and detached from the wall. Tyler from maintenance had it fixed by the next day.
