Craigmont Apartments

I'm writing this review regarding the condition of Craigmont Apartment Complex- The hallway windows have broken glass, the carpets are stained and filthy. Water accumulates in the basement laundry room due to a broken sump pump. Smells terrible. The walls in the hallways have large holes that have not been repaired after management was made aware. The paint on the exterior doors is peeling off, looks terrible. The necessary repairs remain unaddressed. The monthly water bill is divided among all tenants in your building, every month the bill increases significantly.The only amenity is a pool. I find Craigmont Apartments to be quite overpriced considering there condition. Don't recommend.

I have lived at Craigmont for almost a year. The management does NOT take care of repairs or tenant issues in a timely manner. The apartments are very Dilapidated neglected. I will not be renewing lease not worth the price .

I love this place! We've never had a pest problem, I feel very safe here, the staff is so beyond helpful and attendant, and maintenance is always on top of things! Would recommend this place to anyone :)

Very upset about their communication. I scheduled for a tour of a unit. They said yes and when I get there I was told there are no available units to tour and they don’t have any models to show. They rent out every unit. Also, upset that my time and gas was wasted when the apartment I was looking at was already gone from someone else that day. Instead of informing me, again, wasted my time and gas to walk to community and get told there are no other available units around the time as the other unit I wanted. Friendly staff but the communication is lacking especially for situations like this. Very upset.

i love living here! fiancé and i are very happy with management. quickly got maintenance over when we were locked out our apartment and even followed up to make sure us and our pets who were locked inside were okay! neighbors are friendly, place is always clean, management is always helpful. 🤎
