2 year update at bottom of review... We are about 80% of the way through a build with Craftmark. This is our second time building a home and the experience so far has been much more positive. (We built a Ryan Home before.) The quality of the build is very high with very nice standard interior finishings (thick crown mouldings, hand finished wood floors, etc) and energy efficient features (2x6 exterior wall assembly, tankless water heater, etc) just to name a few. We hired a home inspector that specializes in new construction for our pre-drywall walk through and he was impressed with the build quality and standard finishes. Our saleswoman Madeline has gone above and beyond to make sure we are happy. She responds to emails and phone calls quickly (and at all hours) and even gifted the game "

I bought craftmark townhouse in 2020, and second year I went through Gas Leak because gas pipe was not seal professionally, and last Friday (12/22/2023) my third year owning the house, my ENTIRE house was flooded with water because water pipe on top floor wasn't seal. (I'm alone in the house) It's all because they sub contracts to other companies that are not reliable. Before I moved in, my home inspector already found many issues including no installation in roof top. Of course, they fixed it but I had to go through subcontract companies individually that built the house. My neighbors also has so many issues with their house. I can post pictures later.

I had clients purchase a home in Vienna Village, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish! Lori, the sales representative, was communicative and professional, making the process smooth and straightforward. A special shoutout to Larry, the construction manager—his knowledge and attention to detail were invaluable. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right, and our clients couldn’t be happier with their new home.

We purchased our new home from Craftmark. They were easy to work w/ and very professional. We chose one of the models they recommended for our lot, and then we chose a lot of their upgrades (expanded back of the house, deck, patio, finished attic, etc.) We are very happy w/ the quality of the construction, and have been told by tradesmen that Craftmark uses quality materials and labor. We worked w/ Dave Pastva who is very sharp and knowledgeable. Craftmark was been very responsive about punch-out items that needed correction. Having talked w/ others, it seems I had a very easy experience. I liked the fact that there were no surprises on pricing; everything was agreed to in advance, including all the changes we made (and considered) along the way.
