I recently purchased a new construction home, and securing a thorough inspection was incredibly important to me. Tracy exceeded all expectations! His inspection was exceptionally detailed and comprehensive. He meticulously went through every aspect of the house, catching things we never would have noticed. His expertise gave me immense peace of mind. I highly recommend Tracy for anyone needing a top-notch, detail-oriented home inspection!

First, I was sent the wood destroying insect inspection report on another property in a different county than my house. Also, there was a lot of snow on my property when the WDI and radon inspection were done, but there were NO footprints anywhere on the entire property from the inspector. Made me wonder if they had really been performed. Then, I received 2 separate inspection reports on my septic system. Both were supposedly written on my property, but one stated the system was in good working order and the other stated the distribution box needed to be replaced. No explanation was sent when I received the duplicate reports. Makes me nervous. I do not feel very confident with the results of my inspections.

This is my second time using a home inspector from CQI, and after my first experience, there was no doubt that I'd be using them again. Tracy Graves is the best!!! He is super thorough, and is so knowledgeable. He doesn't just provide the condition of the home, but gives the reasons why he gives a particular rating. He explains things so well. We felt really comfortable with him.

My daughter recommended Cqi to me recently when I learned that I needed septic tank risers installed before scheduling tank service. (She also suggested that I have them conduct radon testing while they are here.) I had no idea what to expect when I called, but whoever answered the phone was great! She asked a few questions, offered a ballpark cost estimate and scheduled the appointment for within a few days of the call. The Cqi techs showed up exactly on time, carefully drove the dirt digger through the yard and installed the two risers in a few hours. The job site was pristine when they left it. They also set up the radon testing gizmos in the basement to take readings overnight. A professional team for a fair price. Should I ever need services they provide, the will be my first call!

We are in the process of purchasing a home and used CQI for our home inspection, septic inspection, termite inspection, and well water testing. They were so professional and helpful. They took time to explain things to us and answered any and all questions we had. We will continue to use them in the future for sure, they were a pleasure to work with.
