If I could give more than five stars I would to Ms. Janet Linkous! Ms. Linkous went above and beyond to assist me with purchasing my home. I was living in Texas and found a home that I loved here in Galax, VA. Janet was patient with me and within less than 24 hours I had my pre approval letter from the loan company based on my military service and off she went!! Janet made the process smooth, answered any and all questions I had (even the stupid ones) and got our process done in less than thirty days! Have worked with both Gene and Wanda Cox over the years and highly recommend this agency. They respected and understood my expectations and were patient with my endless questions. They were forthcoming and generous when I needed help and advice even after closings. Would work again with CR&A in a heartbeat.

BE CAREFUL who you let in your home. They allowed people in my home and did not vet them properly. The client they brought into our home, made an offer and signed their agreement , but did not have the money to buy the home. When I called and ask the manager WHY she told me the client arrived in a $60,000 dollar car...and they allowed her to email them a copy of her bank statement....However when my realtor became suspicious and called the bank ..they said they had no knowledge of the client. This company obviously needs training in real estate and how to properly vet a client before wasting everyone's time, and possibly allowing a crook in your home. Don't know what they were up to. We felt like Wanda put very little effort into selling our house. Only answered emails during business hours and left us first time sellers with more questions than help.

Never experienced anything there and wouldn’t ever come there.. a lady came somewhere I was at and she works at cox realty… she was very unprofessional and cursing people.. I’ll be sure to steer away from cox realty and tell everyone I know not to come there… get rid of the rude people ya got working there it may help ya business.
