I would not recommend this company to anyone. I wouldn’t accept a free home from them. I contracted a new construction with Giovanni under Cox Builders Umbrella and I can only say the most positive outcome would be cutting ties when this deal closes. The lack of communication, and blatant disregard for us as clients was egregious. I have several screenshots of being ignored and left hanging without updates / communication. I’ve had to beg for generalized response . Now we are about two weeks from closing and in the repair stage and says the client must split a 3000 expense if they want Gutters added to their new construction 2024 home. I cannot make this up so pictures included. Also gutters are included on the materials sheet! My messages are blue, his messages are white! Absolutely insa

I purchased a utility building through this company last month and the roof starting leaking as soon as it rained. I contacted this company in order to have it repaired; however they refused to repair and correct this issue even though I was willing to pay them for the repairs. This was a preexisting thing when they delivered the building to my house. I would NOT recommend using this company for anything, period. Very bad business.

I used Cox builders to build a pole barn at my farm. They went way beyond my expectations. Their customer service is an A+, which i did not expect based on previous experiences with builders. Sheree Holmes has been fantastic to work with and stays on top of everything for you. She and everyone in the company makes you feel like a valued customer. Four companies didn’t even call me back with quotes before someone recommended me to Cox. I highly recommend them.
