Professional, courteous, respectful. I am posting this through a colleague's email for anonymity. I have been with Covington Realty since 2017 and am grateful for having them as the 'landlord'. Every staff member including the Mr. Shaun Covington I have worked or interacted with, have been pleasant, professional and friendly. (One sad thing is the partition they needed to put up following COVID. It felt good to step in, say a hello; had a warm, pleasant, and friendly feel ... hope its removed soon!)

What a horrible company. David, who helped us, should be fired immediately (last name left out for privacy)! We will be filing a claim against them with NYC Housing Authority and Better Business Bureau. They say we have been selected for an interview for an Affordable Housing Apartment in NYC. When we get there, David informs us that we do not qualify for a two bedroom because we are married (it does not state this when applying). If this lazy a$$ would have taken two seconds to look over the application and saw this system error, he would have saved us A LOT of work and heartache. Again, he should be fired for doing this to us. I’m sure we are not the first! We put our entire lives on hold for three days getting our paperwork in order, which is a ridiculous and immense amount of work!! Se

I am truly grateful for having worked with C&C management as they’ve ended my apartment hunt in NYC. I am specifically pleased with Jisselt Garcia for having the PATIENCE and TENACITY in making sure my process was completed through what is an extremely difficult time. She followed up, responded to my concerns PROMPTLY and made great suggestions as pertaining to her area of expertise. Literally stood on the phone with me for an hour until I exhausted all questions and completed all of my paperwork. I am very happy! Thank you again.

Covington Realty Services are phenomenal. Their expertise in managing my property has made my life so much easier. Shaun Covington is hands-on with his clients and makes them feel like they are valued. I was very pleased with his services and have felt very comfortable referring him to my circle of business associates.

Very unprofessional, theif and womanizer. If I could give him no stars I would. Thank God our building moved in a new direction where we are now flourishing like never before.
