My husband and I recently purchased our dream home from Crescent Homes . The company is extremely professional and knowledgeable . We are moving out of state and they have helped us greatly by making this transaction as stress free as possible . Everything is top notch from the design to high end finishes . The customer service is outstanding. Connie Best who works for the company is amazing . She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable . She is extremely knowledgeable and extremely professional. She has made my husband as I feel like family and is always there for any questions or concerns. The sales staff at Crescent were welcoming and willing to engage in conversation about our housing needs. I never was pressured or ignored. When our decision to buy was made they seamlessly integrated us with design professionals and kept an eye on the process. The site construction team was in touch and responsive throughout. Clearly sales, design, and project management worked in close coordination to provide us a quality home. This is the best experience we have had buying a new home.
