They say that they have units for lease, ask us to fill out an application. thereafter there won't be any update on application and after multiple calls, someone would answer and they say the unit is not available and you don't get your application fee refund. basically they collect app fees.
These apartments are ran poorly. They are mold infested. The manager Joni needs to go back to school or take some courses on how to run apartments or maybe you need to go back to Wal-Mart. 😜
Nice apartments, quiet location.
