Thank you to the entire team at the Covered Bridge for your professionalism. You have made our process of finding a new place very easy. Especially, we were very impressed with how clean entire development was and a well lit underground parking made my wife feel safe. I have been living here for two months and really love it! They keep the building. I am in very clean and it’s quiet and I have no complaints. It’s very convenient to 84 and 684 and close to shopping. I looked at other apartments that were not Half as nice and were more expensive. it’s also so nice to have an elevator. Everybody It’s very friendly and I think it’s a beautiful place to live. The only thing that these apartments lack is closet space. But everything else is very beautiful.

I lived here for 3 years and this place is a scam. Where to even begin... the "maintenance team" is not a maintenance team, is Tony Scalzo's construction guys who come in and do more damage than they do help. We had issues with our furnace and one of the guys screwed the wrong screws into the wrong spot and it caused the cover on the furnace to not hold well so it kept tripping the kill switch on it. Then our microwave broke and remained broken for close to a year. We tried countless times to have it fixed with no response and no help, and ended up having to buy a microwave out of pocket from Walmart to even have a working microwave through the end of our stay. Not to mention once the business went bankrupt, they took down the maintenance website so tenants couldn't even submit maintenance

We have lived here for 6 months now. This is far from a luxury building: cars and parking spots are left snowy after bad weather, the walls are paper thin you can hear everything around and below you. The gym is the size of a closet with a single treadmill and elliptical. The CO2 alarm in the building goes off constantly creating blaring noise at all hours of the day (this is in our building as well as surrounding buildings as we have the pleasure of constantly hearing). Since we have moved in communication with the building management has been frustrating and sub-par. It took over a week for the leasing office to answer our request for a tour. Don’t move into this complex. My husband and I rented here for 4 years. The people that work at the main office are extremely rude and they are poor at communicating with you. Rent here is way too expensive for what you get. It is not a luxury complex it is just cheap stuff that looks nice. When you do move out, it will take them over a month to give you your security deposit back and no matter how clean the apartment is they will charge you a cleaning fee. You are much better off moving somewhere else.
