CovePointe at The Landings

CovePointe at The Landings is a wonderful community. It’s very quiet and well-maintained. The staff are attentive and very responsive. The leasing office staff have been wonderful and made the entire process a smooth one. They have been very accommodating. Latarsha, the leasing consultant, is great to work with and she followed up several times to make sure that we are happy with the unit and in the community. Antonio, who handles maintenance, does an amazing job. He is very responsive and handles maintenance requests in a very timely and efficient manner. It’s a great community.

I have been living in this community for less than a year. However, I have thoroughly enjoyed living here. The community is clean and well kept. The entire staff from leasing to maintenance have been wonderful and have assisted with anything that I have needed to make my unit feel like home.

Best apartments in Norfolk because of the staff. Tosha is amazing at handling any issues we have quickly and efficiently! Make sure to take a look this place is a gem! Thanks for the amazing staff you have provided for our apartments.

I love living at Cove Point. The staff has always been helpful and Sandra is quick to find the answer to any of my questions. My Golden Retriever, Cooper, loves the waterfront walkway, adjacent field to chase tennis balls, the treats the staff always have in hand for him, and the elevators instead of taking stairs after enjoying outdoor time. I feel safe and secure here because entrances require a code or key fob to enter and each unit has a security system available. The pool is beautiful and I love that some of Norfolk’s best restaurants are within walking distance.

I moved in several days ago. The leasing consultant of the leasing office, Latarsha, was very friendly and provided excellent assistance throughout the entire move-in process. This place is very nice and wonderful.
