Coventry Place Apartments

To be completely honest I moved here in July and I genuinely love it here. Anytime I’ve had as issue and visited the office, Denise was there. She’s lovely. I’ve had minor maintenance issues and the gentleman Steve has been amazing. Super friendly and respectful. Fixed every issue as fast as possible. Neighbors are kind. Would recommend !!

Definitly think about it before spending the $1600+ a month for the small one bed room apartment. It's between the no parking ever when you get home from work at night to the shape of the buildings; collapsing ceilings, flooding apartments, bursting pipes, leaking ceilings. A pool listed as an amenity that has been closed for YEARS.

I have lived here for a very long time. I have seen the good, bad and ugly of this place. I can appreciate when good help is actually hired. You can see the difference when someone knows what they are actually doing and they do their job very well! Steve is the first maintenance my husband and I have trusted!!! He always ensures the work is done efficiently and done properly the first time…Steve is a huge asset to this complex and his hard work does NOT go unnoticed or unappreciated!!! So Steve, if you see this…THANK YOU!!!!

Jess the leasing agent is very personable . She knows her stuff and is a joy to work with. I have never been able to reach a person whenever I call. The AI says it's transferring the call and you hear noise that sounds like the went through then it is dead air. I have 6 numbers for them and it's all the same. I sent emails through their website and I've never got a reply.

Worst management team you'll ever want to meet. They have a note on their door as to why they are not in the office every single day of the week. I had an emergency situation where I was locked out of my apartment my phone was locked inside and I could not get a hold of anyone in the management team not even through their emergency lines. They do not answer phone calls – – in fact, if you call you get hung up on by the automated system and can't even leave a detailed message. They are horrific on many levels
