Coventry Park Apartments

Me and my wife applied for this apartment being that we wanted to move in and there was supposed to be a two month promotion that they were offering us, which is what attracted us more so wanting to relocate to this property after upon completing the application process the leasing consultant Keisha tried to up our price for two bedroom two $3000 when that was not ever the case we were supposed to be paying a roughly about $1659. we live in a very well apartment complex. We just wanted to relocate here because we wanted to be closer to our jobs. The apartment complex that we have is beautiful. We have absolutely amazing credit and we have a great rental history. Upon Keisha telling us that we will be fine to move in at a later date they now forced us to move in move-in on February 9. We sa

My husband and I had the pleasure in applying here. We spoke with Keisha and I noticed that the apartment we chose was $1,659 which was within our price range. Due to us moving in May, I look back at the application and noticed Keisha adjusted it to $3,056. That is NOT within our budget but most importantly not what we agreed on. I reached out to her and she stated not to worry about this and that she will update our price upon move in. She sent over the ID and Income verification and due to work I had not completed my part yet, my husband did his. We ended up getting denied for reasons that don’t match what is on the form. I feel Keisha falsified on our application making our income not being enough for the unit. I would not recommend applying here. We have gotten approved for other apart

I had the best moving experience! All the staff were very attentive, and the quality of the apartments is everything I've ever dreamed of. Thank you so much to the entire team, and a special thank you to Daniel for explaining the process to me. I am so grateful to you all for this wonderful opportunity.

We put in a work order for a few lights out and a change of the ac filter. Lazaro from maintenance came promptly and fixed all the issues. Fantastic customer service . Lazaro had everything fixed in less than an hour. Very friendly and knowledgeable. This is the 2nd time Lazaro has come to the apt to fix something. I like that there is a friendly face to see consistently who knows how to deal with tenants and issues.

Daniel has been such great help with the application process! I have had to call multiple times and he never hesitated to assist. I am very appreciate is how simple he has made this for me. Thank you Daniel!
