Coventry Manor Apartments

I recently moved out after being here for a year! If you are looking for a quiet location and not for a lot of money, theyn this is definitely for you. I've seen the past comments speak about pest but I didn't have a pest problem I had a no maintenance problem. The drains in my tiny bathroom were uncovered the entire time I was here. Within the first month there was heavy rain so My ceiling in bedroom #1 had a huge leak! Tried to contact maintenance and since it was a weekend that was a no go! Then when they did come out I guess they patched the roof but didn't fix the water damage that had already been there but had gotten worse from that rain storm. Up until the time I moved I still had that damage and I made sure to cover my belongings just so they could repair that by the time I came h

After a year here at Coventry apartments I Must say I’m satisfied with where I’ve chosen to live. Yes within this year we as a community have seen a lot, but that has nothing on the community itself. Very quiet Neighborhood. Great maintenance. On demand services/ attentiveness from the property manager & over all honestly a great place to live for a fresh start. I have a year left and am very pleased overall. I’m Minutes from the highway and local stores/ Restaurants while still being in the cut away from the main road And Fredrick. So I rate this 4:5 come pass & see for yourself. ✌🏾

Coventry Manor is a bed bug and roach infested community! Many tenants are battling with an infestation of roaches. Do not move here! Management has not fixed this issue in over a year and is still trying to rent to people. It takes maintenance weeks to fulfill simple work orders. The hot water tanks are extremely old and problematic. The place is a mess and they don’t care!

Do Not Move Here. The apartments are roach infested. There is one maintenance person and he will lie to the leasing office and say he fixed something that he never fixed. I only have working electric in half of my tiny apartment and this has been going on for over 6 months. When I asked for another unit they say they don't have any when they clearly have entire buildings vacant. I don't know what there scam is but don't get got!

While I dont live here I've been here many times at a friends house and it's a pretty decent place for such a cheap price, the maintenance isnt the fastest but its decent and cheap, very quiet street everyone seems to be respectful and friendly and they dont charge you crazy security deposits and they dont really care about your credit as long as you have your money to move in it's also right on the city/county line on Frederick Rd close to everything. Def worth living at if you're on a budget and don't want to live somewhere ghetto or gross. It's pretty good
