The heavy set manager with the poorly attached fake eye lashes and tacky outfits is very rude and arrogant when tenants bring up ligitament issues such as rodent infestations and heating issues.

The building is in a nice area and that is the best thing about it. Other than that it is infested with rodents and rats. Management will not do much to take care of any issues. The maintenance guys refuse to even take a look at your problems and claim things are working rather than check it. For example when the heater in the apartment was not working rather than try to fix it they will say "I like it at 55 degrees." Or if you report the thermostat is having an issue they won't even check it and will give a lot of excuses about how it is fine because the thermostat is supposed to work by not measuring the temperature .

There aren't any up to date reviews on here, so I figured I'd write one. This building isn't the worse place in the world, but I definitely don't feel like it's worth the $1300+ rent. They don't offer anything, except for free parking, there's NOT one amenity. - The pictures on here are not accurate. I have no clue where they got them from. - Take the "upgraded" description lightly, they're your basic/average units. The cabinets are uneven and the kitchen flooring is peel and stick. The caulk around the tub covers up a lot of mildew and mold. - I would not recommend hanging items up with command strips or anything else sticky of the sort, because it will peel off the material on the walls in the bathroom and may pull off a patch of the dry wall, causing holes. The actual address of the place is 8048 Oxford Avenue. It is where we live. GPS finds it difficult for new people to locate the area because of misleading google map address. I suggested an edit in the address and hope google maps will correct the information.
