Coventry Homes - Mustang Lakes

We purchased with Coventry in Mustang Lakes (floor plan 4112) October 2019. We worked with Adam at the sales office and Hunter was our construction manager. Both we very kind, patient and professional. They answered our one million questions and made us feel at ease. The process was seamless. Of course we had a few hiccups during the process. But they were quick to resolve them to our satisfaction. We LOVE our new home. We moved in 7/20. So after a year and a half we still say how happy we are that we chose Coventry.

We built our Coventry Home in Mustang Lakes in the height of COVID. Adam was so great to work with--he always responded quickly to our questions and he gave us weekly updates on the status of our home. We felt like he was on our team and did his best to help us with issues as they arose. Although it was not a custom built home, Coventry worked with us on every alteration we wanted to make to the original floor plan.

Adam Rivers with Coventry Homes assisted my family with our new home purchase. He was professional and prompt in every way. I would strongly recommend him for any further real estate needs in Mustang Lakes. Thanks again Adam!

I do like my house. But good luck if you have warranty issues. They use every excuse to get out of actually doing the work.

Says designer incentives but charges more in design center comparing with other builders. Don’t get fool with design incentives what they offer while sales.
