As long as Coventry is working with Wisenbaker for their tile, RUN. Don’t purchase from them. There are so many other builders and I wish we had know what a nightmare this buying process was going to be. It’s a shame since building a house should be a fun experience but the amount of stress and tears this has brought me is not worth it. We were forced to close despite things not being ready with the house (42 items listed on the walk though) or we were going to be charged a huge fee. We were assured things would be fixed and here we are in February still trying to get them to make our shower right. The tiles in the niche are crooked, the grout and silicone are very sloppy, and the joint between the walls is completely crooked. The tile company, Wisenbaker, has been out more than 5 times an

I have been working with Adam from the last 8 months on my new home. He is one of the best persons to deal with. Be it may any request, if it is under his capacity, he never backed down and always willing to help. The construction is going great and honestly I did not find the reason to micro manage or constant monitoring. The weekly updates from the builder, the quality and matching the pre- requisites exactly which were discussed ahead is something I noticed with this builder. Opting in or out for hillside village is one’s choice, but once entered, given Coventry is not a custom builder, they did a good job in discussing things ahead and stay true to it without fail.

Adam has been awesome and an absolute pleasure to work with during this process. He has honestly made the home buying process far less stressful, making himself available to answer questions, address concerns and also provide a wealth of knowledge and information for new home buyers like me and my wife. Adam is without a doubt an asset to Coventry Homes and I highly recommend him for your home buying needs!

Don’t buy from Coventry homes. There after sales Warranty Service is horrible and they will close any warranty request stating that its a cosmetic issue. The builder has vey less experience and the sales person is very arrogant and will not help you in your step to buy the house.
