Covenant Villas

I absolutely love all things Covenant Villas :-) Big THANKS to the Kiwanis Club of West Palm Beach Foundation, Inc., Veterans Security and more for all of supporting Covenant Villas very own Library. The importance of reading for children cannot be underestimated. Reading for pleasure can benefit a child’s education, social and cognitive development, their wellbeing, and their mental health.

Residents don’t take care of their surroundings

For the past couple of years that I have been in Covenant Villas, I have felt very comfortable and safe. Our property manager Ms. Sherry is a wonderful person and ensure that every tenant is satisfied with the service they receive, from complaints, work orders or any other concerns they may have. She steps right in and take care of the situation. Ms. Sherry and the staff here has displayed great teamwork and work ethics. They show and treat the tenants with respect. Honestly, I never seen Ms. Sherry upset. If she is, I wouldn't know. That's what make living here in Covenant feel so comfortable and safe, for my family and myself. I rather reside here than any place else.

I went to Covenant Villas with my cousin to apply for an apartment there. we were greeted with a smile and blast of energy from the the front desk lady. She offered us drinks, snacks and even introduced us to the property manager Ms. Martin, which was also very warm and kind. The staff at Covenant Villas treated us so nice, I didn't want to leave. Felt like a loving family.

Amazing place and outstanding personnel!! Letoni and Catrina are fantastic to deal with. After meeting these ladies and visiting this place yesterday, I can say both my mother and myself are truly happy and I know my mom is in the best hands!! We are truly grateful! We were treated as family on arrival! The villa is clean and properly taken care of. Thank you Letoni and Christina! You rock!! :)
