I want to preface this by saying this is the first review I’ve ever written — but I felt genuinely compelled to share our experience in hopes of helping others avoid the same unfortunate situation we’ve endured with Covenant Building and Design (CBD). I’ll start with the fact that we’re now facing our second major roof leak in less than four years. The first occurred while the home was still under warranty, which took close to two months of back-and-forth before it was finally “repaired". At the time, one of their Warranty department team members shared, via text, that there were 4 or 5 other homes that were dealing with the same issue with some resulting in caved roofs and extensive interior water damage requiring complete floor replacements so I guess we were fortunate to not have that

From the start the staff at covenant made our building process go so smoothly! This was our first build from start to finish as a newly married couple and we were so excited to see the process and it went so smooth. Kenny our project manager was so attentive and personal. We had plenty of questions and concerns with it being our first time and he always gave us his full attention! We loved every bit of it and we love our home so much! We are celebrating 4 years this year in our new home and highly recommend Covenant building & design!

Not but 4 years in our home and we had thousands of dollars of repairs- and they keep coming. The repairs are structural (sinking floors) to plumbing (missing parts!) to unsafe electrical shortcuts (news alert: aluminum is cheaper but doesn’t work for HVAC units).

Building Your Dream Home with Covenant🏡 It has been a wonderful experience working with Covenant and their team. Even though we moved into the house ten months ago we still pinch ourselves and can’t believe this is our home! Covenant exceeded our expectations in every way, from the design and construction to the maintenance and support. We appreciate their professionalism, Craftsmanship, attention to detail, and personal touch. Danelle was a joy to work with, her knowledge and ability to explain the design process was awesome. Nathan oversaw the construction of our house, if there was an issue, he would spot it and correct it promptly! My wife and I have been in our Covenant built home for 5 years and have throughly enjoyed it. The quality of the home is unsurpassed and the Covenant support received is outstanding. If we should one day decide to contract the building of another home our first choice would be Covenant.
