Cove on the Bay Apartments

Bad service! When I applied for 1 bedroom, I provide my drive license, past 3-year tax return form, income certificate, SSN, etc. They asked me to provide the birth of certificate. I thought an ID card is allowed and sent it to them. They have all my information, but they still asked me to prove my birthday. How can I? Bring them to the day I was born???

This place is great other than the fact that most packages sent here get stolen and nothing seems to be done about! Every time a package is stolen they say you have to file a police report! I’m not sure why they can’t take a moment and look at the security footage with out a police report !!!! To catch the criminals that steal our goods sent here! Very frustrating. I don’t wanna bother the police over a 15 $ item they have a lot do around here! Wish they would fix this policy! I’m assuming it’s a policy as that’s what the super has said ( hasn’t said it’s a policy) however that’s the answer we get when we report our packages stolen!

DONT BE FOOLED! Great views of the beach is not worth the trouble u deal with here. By far the worst place i've ever lived. these ratings absolutely have to be fake with 5 stars. the "amenities" we pay for monthly, we have not had access to the computer room in 2 years and the gym equipment is broken and unusable. management always has an attitude and has poor people skills, the apartments create mold, everything's is always broken (doors, elevators, fire alarms, washers or dryers) don't be fooled, nothing about the cove is "state of the art" as they advertise. Very disappointed.

Well, the Cove at the Bay is increasing my rent and decreasing my access to amenities. Lots of broken gym equipment (cable machine, bike machine, the yoga ball is always deflated, missing a 10 lb pair of dumbbells but have an extra 20 lb pair of dumbbells, 50 lb dumbbells are damaged, there's never any sanitizing wipes, TV remotes never have batteries in them) I can't access the community area unless I join the groups (I used to be able to do my homework in there). The landlord ignores emails or gives insufficient responses. If anyone in the apartment building smokes, everyone in the apartment building can smell it due to the poor ventilation system. I have asthma and immunocompromised. I will get extremely sick from respiratory infections such as the flu and covid. If I can smell pot smok

I originally used to live up north of jersey moving to south Jersey in my mind having three kids though it was going to be challenging but I was fortunate enough to get an apartment at Cove on the Bay. I am very happy to live here with my family. The building is always clean and the staff it’s always pleasant. I can honestly say that it’s a great place to live and safe. Everything is near by the schools, doctors which is very convenient if you have kids. Also the super market, shopping Malls are all close by as well. The view of the beach is one of a kind!!!
