Cove at Peninsula

DO NOT MOVE IN THIS PLACE!! I regret it sooo much! New paint is all they did to remodel, and everytime I’m in the office theirs an elder complaining because she had no AC in her apartment with the Weather being 100+ outside , then the other person complained about being overcharged…. My complaint is that roaches are everywhere! I can never get a straight Answer from the office and the manager is never on sight!!! They don’t have a laundry! It’s alll broken lol

Terrible management. I was looking to move here at the beginning of the year , and they gave me the HARDEST time. Never answer any of my call backs to check the status of my application, never even tried to do what they can as I am a 6 figure tattoo artist 😂😂😂 but because I “needed ach paystubs” even with my SHOWN INCOME and the stating “we see you make more than enough” still denied me TWICE. I’m actually HAPPY I didn’t move here as I found a better place that gave me NO HASSLE AT ALL with simply just my bank statements THANGYA ☺️ mmy new place is more in rent but WELL WORTH not coming here with the terrible service and horrible attitudes they had with me over the phone as well.

I’m currently just an applicant and my experience so far has been very very stressful. When I first visited cove at peninsula I set up a tour that I arrived late too so rescheduled the next day for about 3. When I came the next day I met with Yurika (very nice and informative) she let me know when to apply Oct 10th because my current lease ends Nov 12th. Right now in October there was a special stating move in by Oct 15th and receive first 2 months free. When I first toured the place it was for 2bed and 2bath. What I applied for was the 1bed and 1bath (I applied 3 weeks ago on a Thursday). I gave them until Wednesday the next week to see if I was gonna be approved or not…. I never got an approval letter or anything… I keep getting emails stating to set up electricity and renters insuranc

Bad place to stay my washer and dryer have not been working since I move in that’s been a year. I move in with carpet damage nothing been done about it apart have a bad smell like a back up problem, my sink keep leaking this will be the third time someone come out. And 200 dollars late fees are insane I have not been happy at all and they don’t do pet control as need in the units I been here for a year from Miami and not happy to what I came to on top of that you go up on my rent after my year as if y’all made changes inside the unit or do any helpful things for the tenants.The
