Courtyard At Cedar Mill Apartments

I’m living here right now and if you want somewhere really nice to stay I wouldn’t come here The people here are really nice but my apartment has mold, a broken door knob when we tried to call the manager, they didn’t respond and the laundry room it’s not very clean. There’s other peoples hair in the washers and dryers it smells bad people leave their clothes in the washer and dryer and it starts to mold. They’ve been doing that ever since I came here and I came here in 2021 it’s just not very nice but it’s decent

It’s disgusting I don’t know how the other apartments look, they probably look nicer but I would not live here again There was rust and mold all over the bathroom and the paint is just tripped everywhere The people are really nice here but it’s just not the place for me

We came to see a client who had called us for mold mitigation services. To my surprise, there was no management on-site. The phone number was inactive, and their website was not accessible. It was evident that management was not maintaining the common areas well. Although this is not my apartment complex, as someone who works closely with experienced property managers, I felt compelled to point out that this management team does not meet the standards of a healthy one.

Lived here for 3 years, 3 different owners and companies each worse than the next but uptown who has it now is the actual worst, rent changes every month, the pool is never in use laundry room is never cleaned and is awful. So many kids so it’s very loud if you work from home it’s awful and no privacy. Good luck.

New Mangers Courtney and Dustin are amazing! Helpful, really care about the tenants. They are amicable, empathetic and effective at providing solutions to different issues around the apartment and the complex. I am mildly disable and they have been caring and understanding with my disability needs. I have lived in this Apartment complex at Cedar Mills since 2014. What a difference from the previous manager! I love my neighbors and the neighborhood. Now I feel completely happy to renew my lease for another year! Love the fresh pears every year from the pear three in the middle of the complex
