Courtyard 72 Apartments

My son rented an apartment for almost two years. The apartment was nice and manageable for him. I was asked to co-sign the lease therefore I was able to work with office manager Stephanie. She always responded to my messages. My son wrote an inappropriate review. My son did not follow the non smoking rule therefore the returned deposit amount was lower. I support the lower amount. My son’s review was out of spite. I recommend BAS Development as a good place to rent from.

It was such a blessing to find this apartment 5 years ago ! It is a safe, quiet environment to raise my granddaughter and conveniently located. The closets are large; the kitchen has lots of cupboards and drawers and full size appliances. Neighbors are quiet and friendly and the grounds well maintained. Response time from management quick and satisfactory in outcome.

Don't waste your time or money on this place. The units are maintained in poor condition with holes in the ceilings and molding falling of just about everything. The grounds are poorly maintained as well. Weeds and garbage can often be found throughout the "supposedly" landscaped courtyards. Even something as simple as maintaining laundry facilities seems impossible for these people as many of the machines are never working. Snow removal during the winter months is a joke as both walkways and the parking areas are poorly maintained and oftentimes not even touched after snowfalls. I myself was nearly injured this past winter slipping on ice patch after ice patch just trying to get to my car to go to work. when i moved in it was dirty and they said they would clean it and they never did had to clean it myself and it was so gunked on It literally took me a whole 2 years.. i tried my best but the never took responsibility for it. took a couple a days to fix my floor that sunk in and the air conditioning units like to out twice a year so beware with that. the ladies are rude and act like they don't care. and they love to lie about stuff after you move out to keep your deposit. find a better place that actually cares and will work with you if you actually cleaned your apartment.

It is an older apartment so there are issues but the management is pretty quick and fair when responding to those issues like things going wrong with appliances or the wind snatching your door and yanking it off the chain. Prices are fair for the area and there's fairly quick access to main roads like dodge and 72nd which makes running errands easier. Perfect size for one person to live in comfortably as well which was nice
