Courts of Madison Apartments

My family & I just moved into the Courts of Madison, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The leasing manager, Ms. Maria, was incredibly helpful and professional, answering all my questions promptly and efficiently. The move-in day went perfectly—my apartment was spotless, and everything was in great condition almost all appliances were newly installed. The community feels very welcoming, the amenities are clean and well-maintained, and the location is super convenient. I’m really happy with my decision to move in here and already feel right at home! As my family continues interacting with the apartment community and the maintenance team, I am hopeful that this place continues to deserve my 5 stars rating. I definitely recommend the Courts of Madison!

I just moved in here in the last month and the experience has been amazing! Maria is super friendly and responsive, and helped us so much during the process. So far, we've needed a few basic maintenance things, and the maintenance staff has been quick, kind, and effective. The apartment itself is very spacious and clean. The location, also, is great and close-ish to the metro. So far, am loving it!

Pros: location, schools, access to nearby parks and metro, really nice families in the building and nearby community. Cons: biggest issue is that maintenance requests are acknowledged (sometimes over and over) but not addressed. When they are addressed they opt to go the cheapest route which leads to the repair breaking and another request. Kitchen cabinets always falling off, broken blinds, dishwasher backing up with foul water as the entire drain system in the kitchen is always backing up. One big draw was the washing machine and dryer in the unit but the water that comes from the hose and drains in the sink smells terrible. Lots of residents do their laundry in the basement or at a laundromat. In the past year we have experienced mice, cockroaches, and other pests for the first time. We

Upon move in was not great at all new management took over and I have to say so far pretty good. Everything that needed fixing in my apartment is done the new maintenance team is great Mr.Cordell and Mr.Sayquan are very professional the level of respect and the fact that they are punctual make me feel more comfortable in my new apartment and this makes me happy 😊

* Update * We have a new Leasing Manager, Maria. A breath of fresh air from the previous manager (Kathy), Maria is extremely professional and greets you with a smile. I could tell as soon as she started this was gonna be a great experience. She's already left her mark by beautifying the lobby area. And new maintenance too, Mr. Jeff. Still provides wonderful service and QUICK responses to maintenance requests. Positives: It is conveniently located in a very family friendly, walkable community with great schools.
