I recently purchased some property in Cochise County. Courtney was great to work with. She was happy to answer my general questions about the county as I narrowed down the location to buy in, and my questions about specific properties once I had some candidates. This was a bit of a non-traditional transaction in that we never met; I don't think we ever even talked on the phone. The entire process was handled over email. That suits me fine, and I'm glad that Courtney doesn't mind doing business that way. It made the whole process of finding and purchasing property a lot calmer and low-stress for me.
