Courtland Park

i’ve lived here since 2022 and would only leave if I bought my own place, which isn’t that compelling since this place is so great. noura and tammy in property management are so friendly and easy to work with. jojo and dora at the front desk are the absolute best; they always have my packages waiting when they see me walking up. the entire facility management and cleaning staff is amazing. they’re so through and quick with any and all requests. I highly recommend this as the top place to live in arlington, you will not be disappointed

Courtland Park is an incredible building — clean, secure, and very well-maintained. The community here is warm and welcoming, and it truly feels like home. The team is outstanding — Noura, Tammy, Dora, and Jojo are all amazing! They’re friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with anything you need. Their kindness and attentiveness really set the tone for the whole building. Maintenance is rarely needed, but when it is, the response is super quick and efficient. It’s clear that everything is taken care of with care and professionalism. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, community, and peace of mind, Courtland Park is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

I've lived at Courtland Park for four years and can't recommend the building enough. Everyone from the front desk, to the leasing office, to the maintenance team are top notch and professional. Package acceptance is seamless and personal touches like remembering your room number are commonplace (thank you Dora and JoJo!). I've only had to submit maintenance requests twice but response times were quick. General maintenance and upkeep of the building is stellar. You also can't beat the area with everything you need right outside your door.

Awesome and friendly building staff, great location and well maintained building! Most units have big balconies and all are updated. I love CP!

I was so impressed by Courtland Park! After only living there a few days, the Front Desk team already knew my name and apartment number! Everyone is so friendly, and the maintenance team is prompt and effective. Great apartments and the perfect locale. Highly recommend!
