The apartments are special and spectacular. Congratulations to the maintenance staff for treating the tenants so well.

This is my second time living with courthouse and both times have been pleasant, no place is perfect but I can definitely say out of the 3 places my boyfriend and I have rented from this one def had the best rental office staff and best apartment layout for your money. The only complaint I have are the year passes for the pool are pretty expensive. Other then that we love it here.

By far the best place I’ve rented with in 10 years. Maintenance addressed things quickly. When I needed a repair for a leak in the bedroom wall, management let me stay in the model home for three nights. Nice, quiet community - you won’t regret signing a lease!

Love the unit, neighborhood is well maintained and the management team is very responsive. My only small complaint is the cost of pool passes. Last year we were able to purchase passes for $25 each. This year it tripled to $75. No pool for us this year. Other than that I would wholeheartedly recommend this neighborhood to everyone.

We moved in September 24th. Have had 5 plumbing issues since the 30th of September. The units are clean but very small. The neighborhood is nice and pretty quite but We did everything online. I suggest looking at the units before committing to a lease.
