Dave was referred to my roof through a mutual friend. He came within the hour on a Sunday during snowfall, looked at my attic situation, and gave me my options, who to contact and how to go about the problem with my builders and HOA management company. Through this process he has been my first point of contact and he has quickly built my trust. I will add Dave did this all for free and on his own personal time. Without his contact and advice I am not sure if I would have been able to navigate this situation. He assured me that what I was seeing was a problem and that our builder or HOA management company should show urgency and attention to my situation. Something both companies were failing to show initially.

We originally met Dave last year. We called him for professional roof advice after we had significant hail damage on our roof. Unfortunately, our hail insurance claim was denied for reasons our insurance company didn’t specify. But we were VERY impressed by Dave’s ability to advocate on roof issues/damages.
