Court At Northgate

Went to tour an apartment today. Immediately smelled like cat urine. They had the actual unit all “staged” which was odd. Sara seemed like she never smelled anything bad in here before!? It’s been on the market for awhile. I would not waste my time. She seemed so dishonest after that. When I walked in and asked if cats had been there before…. You could hear her gulp and silence! I have no clue how they have the ratings and reviews they do.

Love it here!!! Even though we live near the city, the gated community makes you feel safe and at home. Sarah is one of the most amazing, professional and friendly people I have ever had the pleasure of working with when it came to my appartment needs. Pool has a thermostat, so you know on the hot summer days the grill is absolutely being put to use. Maintenance people are also the greatest. Couldn't have asked for a better place to live!!!!

The management at The Court are top tier. Very responsive and kind. They go out of their way to foster community such as throwing Halloween parties and hosting a food drive during the government shutdown. The maintenance team is equally excellent.

I love The Court at Northgate. I've lived here 6 yrs now & it just gets better & better. The management & leasing office crew is awesome. Our maintenance crew is top tier. And we have a gorgeous pool for those hot summer days. When you're looking for reasonable rent in Seattle, you'll find this place to be quite a gem!

Been living here since 2022, and I love it. Management here is great. They are very understanding and responsive to any questions or concerns. The other tenants are mindful of quiet hours, so you don’t hear much going on. Management does their best at keeping the building secure. We are close to literally everything. The northgate station is close, so getting into the city is easy. I recommend this place; if you’re new to the area.
