The apartments on acres road are covered in mold. When you complain they just paint over it. You can smell the mold as soon as you walk in. The smell lingers on your clothes. The wood under the carpet is buckled in from water damage. I've told them about the mold numerous times, yes they redid the roof and sidewalks but that is it.
