Countryside Apartments

We had lived at Countryside Apartments for 2 years and it was a great experience. The building manager was amazing and very easy to get into contact with, with any issues (very few that we had.) We had one of the renovated apartments and it was great! Nice location as well! People were quiet for the most part! It was nice to have laundry services available on our floor as well.

We lived in a recently renovated 2 bedroom apartment. Nice quiet area. Only had one or two small repairs in the two years we were there and the landlord was quick to resolve. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a apartment!

We had lived in a newly renovated apartment. The landlord was a very helpful person and very easy to contact and quick to respond. We had only 2 repairs needed in the 2 1/2 years we lived there, and the landlord resolved them quickly. Overall very nice place and very nice management.

I lived @ Countryside apartments for 2 years.It was a nice place to live and the manager(Frank) took good care of the apartments and grounds. Frank was a great guy. Very personal-able and always helpful when I had concerns.

Owner (not landlord) is absolutely money, hungry. He can’t afford to run this place so he just recently added water (November 2025) on the utilities along with the electric and heat that you pay for the place. Unless it’s wrote in your lease, I was told it’s illegal to add on extra utilities. Be careful if you rent from here and read the lease thoroughly because there are hidden fees that the owner implemented. The landlord is not the owner so please don’t mistake the two.
