Lived there two years, you get what you pay for and for two beds in a great area with no crime and accessibility this is what you get. It is not by any means dirty, or ghetto. Cheaply made, sure. But as are most houses. Regarding the mold, I never noticed such other than rusting around the bath tub from long term use. The countertops are wood laminated but they stay in good condition, and are easy to clean. My only complaints may be the fact there aren’t in-unit washing facilities, but again you get what you pay for. The machines work well, only had a washer break on me once but they fixed it very quickly. Most of these reviews were done before new management was turned over. I've been very happy with management and how quick maintenance gets work orders done. Neighbors are friendly. Have had a bit of mold in the window sills on occasion but that is to be expected at older apartment complexes. Was really impressed with the snow removal this year too. Overall this is a nice place to live and can't wait for the pools to open in a few months.

I am looking to rent here but after reading the reviews I'm a bit worried. I know everybody has there own perspectives and expectations out of managers so I don't really put a lot of consideration in the personality conflicts. I do however expect things to be taken care of in a timely fashion if there are repairs to be done. I am very worried about the comment regarding mold in the home, that is something that can not be let go. Also keeping the grounds clean and tenants cleaning up after their dogs. If anybody could shed a little more light on these topics I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

The location is perfect. It is within walking distance of Fred Meyer, local pubs and schools. The courtyard is large with a few trees, lawns and pools on each side. All that said, this complex is in a complete state of disrepair. The most worrisome issue is humidity and rapid mold/mildew growth. If you plan on taking showers or cooking and have a full time job which doesn't allow you to stay home all day with all windows open, you'd do well to avoid this residence. We've had furniture ruined by disgusting and hazardous mold growth and strange condensation build up on the flooring. We have to have dehumidifyers everywhere, which are costly to maintain. There are ceiling leaks and residents completely displaced by flooding caused by broken pipes. There are insect infections and the building

When I first looked at these apartments, I was looking at one apartment and thought that it was a nice clean place. when I decided to move in, I was given a completely different apartment. After I got over that fact, when I was moving in, my parents helped me out and we ended up cleaning the entire apartment because it was so nasty inside. The bathroom walls were covered in this yellow slim and everytime I would take a shower, I literally had to wash my walls right after. Another thing that was terrible was my toilet started flooded one evening. Not even a minute after the manager closed up, I called for help. I got a voicemail that stated if I needed a maintanance emergency help, to call this other number. I called that number maybe 7 times and had no response, no call back. Nothing! Luc
