They’re currently advertising the three bedrooms starting at 2000 all the way up to $4000. This is what you may get. No pool, no gym, no public clubhouse, no cameras, and no play area for kids. But the staff is friendly and Mr. Nelson along with other maintenance are extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The pictures of the apartment is what my apartment looked like when I moved in. The floors weren’t done correctly, the cabinets weren’t done, and the bathrooms weren’t done. I had to wait until right before Thanksgiving for them to complete the work and I moved in on November 4.

1 -3 bedroom apartments. 1-2 bathrooms. Higher than average rent. Electronic locks on building doors, for resident security and peace of mind. Extremely limited parking with a required parking pass, otherwise you stand the risk of getting towed (parking rules are posted everywhere)Can pay extra for a single reserved parking spot per apartment. Very welcoming and pleasant staff working in leasing office, and Extremely dedicated maintenance staff. Previously had a on site pool, but last year the area was replaced with a sizeable play area for children. Has plenty of space to walk a dog, and a cute dog park on site. 6/10 would recommend if you were looking for a apartment located in close proximity to Dover Airforce Base.

Only good thing has been how the maintenance treats you. There's a nat infestation in multiple apartments from the windows. I had been told 3 times now my bathroom shouldn't have been tile, instead of been solid walls. 2-3 times there had been an issue with a leak with the apartment under me causing them to also need to come to my apartment without notification. There is a gap under the sliding door where wasps,bees, ect have come in and they have been notified but nothing has come of it. Then there's the towing company they are conteracted with. Multiple people who also pay over 1400 a month to live here have had their vehicle towed that is registered through the leasing office which costs 375+(last time it happend it was on a wednesday and got it out friday so it was $600) to get it back

The fall cafe was a wonderful event. There was a wonderful assortment of snacks and drinks. The leasing office staff are amazing and display great teamwork at all events. They are all amazing. I just wish that more tenants would participate. You all rock.

Currently living here and it’s disgusting. Roaches everywhere and no one cares. They don’t spray the whole building at once or even spray at all. They put down the brown bait but it does nothing. They are not doing all apartments at once so ofc the roaches are going back and forth. I’m seeing roaches everyday all in the kitchen! Shower water runs brown. It has stop happening after a few months of living here but it still happens every now and then. And I’m on the 3rd floor and now I have a leak in my living room and in my bedroom and water is everywhere they don’t care. It’s been leaking since before Christmas its now Jan.17. Maintenance has came once to look at it and no one has came back since. Every time I call I can hear the annoyance in their voices as if I’m wrong for wanting them
