Country View Apartments

You get what you pay for price-wise. You have a very hard time trying to get maintenance to come do anything. I paid extra in my rent for a washer and dryer that stopped working 2 months into my lease and had to call multiple times for maintenance to respond to the work order. A week or two later, maintenance finally came but they didn't have a clue what they were doing so it still never started back working. So you wound up paying extra for a washer and dryer and still have to go to the laundromat and pay because the maintenance team is non-existent and when they do come, they are clueless. Other than that, the inside has stains and dirt on the walls and in the tub that they painted over instead of actually cleaned, so it looks rundown on the inside. I love these apartments. The management is great. Their communication is key. They came in and got to work. So I do recommend if you're looking for great place to stay

Don’t rent with Country view they barely fix things and want to over charge you fees that the office staff come up with for no reason! The head of the office staff is so rude and unprofessional.
