Country View Apartments

Still haunted from my time at these apartments. Everything was great until this current managment took over. As a loyal tenant, I was lied to and had my deposit taken despite meeting all requirements on my way out. After paying an additional 6 months worth of rent after leaving, and having my deposit taken, I still receive notices saying I owe them money. Happy to be away from there.

I moved here as my first apartment in 2024, and here's what I have to say so far. The maintenance man, Mr. Aaron has been very helpful for me, especially when I needed something fixed. He took everything I said, and when I was also able to explain verbally any issues I had, he'd look into it. He is amazing and also fun to talk to if you can catch him as he's busy as a bee. Mrs. Vanessa is an amazing individual. I've met her a few times when she would come by, and I also talked with her over the phone. She is very understanding and super helpful, especially when you're in a bind. My paydays fell weird for a while, and she worked with me to make sure I paid my rent and made sure all was well. I have been here for a little over a year and love it. The maintenance man Aaron is very quick to handle any issues that may occur. The property manager Vanessa keeps us updated through both text and email on any events that may effect our utilities or comfort. The apartment complex as a whole is peaceful with a good mixture of tenants.

My wife and I have been living here for going on 2 years now. We can honestly say this is the most UNDERRATED apartment in Jennings! Haven’t experienced any price increases on rent, it’s affordable, we have ZERO issues with anyone else that lives there, and Aaron (maintenance) and Venessa (Manager) have been kind and understanding! 10/10 would recommend!

“Country View Apartments” in Jennings has been a great community perfectly located between Lafayette and Lake Charles so you are within 45 minutes of whatever you are in the mood for. It is very affordable and property management has been Amazing. It’s safe to say I won’t be going anywhere anytime soon.
