Country View Apartments

I lived at Country View apartments for 6 years, when I moved in the apartments were decently priced and the property was decently maintained, the property manager is a nice man, but the property owner cares more about what people have on their patios rather than actually fixing problems. Numerous apartments have mold and flooding problems when it rains. The owner does not let anything be fixed properly. If a tenant has a problem they will have to ask multiple times before anything with be done. I complained about the mold and flooding problem months before I moved out, in the rear corner of the apartment you could see outside through the drywall, the maintenance man came and glued a 2x2 in the corner of the building but didn’t even come look at the mold problem, the mold problem caused my

I loved living here. I was leaving a bad situation and started working 2 full time jobs. The man in the rental office ( I'm sorry I forgot his name) was very nice and assured me he would take care of any problems. I lived here the 7 month lease option and only moved due to starting school and moving in with someone that offered cheaper rent since I wasn't able to work the two jobs and do school full time. My only complaint is when someone slams their door, it is loud. But that is any apartment and only the person slamming the doors fault.

Inexpensive yet nice place to live. Generally very quiet even in the middle of the day. Has a small fenced in dog area with poop bags provided. Maintenance is always quick when needed and the apartment manager is very nice.

So my neighbors dog has bitten my child twice and 2 other people. I have reported it management and was told the dog had to go. This happened over a week ago and all that was done was next time it gets out it has to go.... How many times do people have to be bit before something is done.... I am beyond pissed
