Country Square Apartments

I wish I could leave no stars. The management here does not care about the issues you're dealing with. They do not enforce any of the rules that are right in the lease agreement. Maintenance does very shoddy work. These apartments don't even have central air, so prepare to buy window units if you want to stay comfortable. There is no legitimate foundation so the floors are very weak in spots. No amenities whatsoever. Management is very quick to tell you what you can and cannot do but do not care for the residents. Please do yourself a favor and hav options before you move here. Almost $1700/month for no central air is ridiculous. There is little to no insulation so there are numerous weak spots in our walls. If you want to pay the most for the least this is the best place. Apparently they’re under staffed and can’t tend to their tenants but have the time to send useless texts. Laziness written all over the staff!!!!!!!!!!!!! Alyssa, who is the office manager, will withhold information and change things stated in the lease to get more money

Raised the Price for renewal over $1000 a month for a Box. Had to deal with Homeless people Living in a abandoned house 5 feet from my apartment. The Front office did nothing. I had to take care of the problem myself took over 3 months to get them removed. Street and Sidewalks Covered in Duck poop. And to top it all off they are holding my security deposit ( According to front office "It was mailed out" over 2 months ago ....) I ask to speak to management but apparently management doesn't have a email or phone number to contact them.

I went there this morning just before lunch I was driving by I like the look of the place I went to the leasing office the leasing office door was closed I knocked on the door young lady came to the door I questioned her or started to question her about size, studios, one bedroom, prices, availability etc. It is hot in Florida extremely hot she never asked me to come in , I said to her " It's kind of warm out here and we're wasting your air conditioner may I come" her answer to me was "No you don't need to come in " I could probably tell you that if I got an apartment there for free I may never move in there, if that's the way she's treating me now that I'm not even a tenant how is she going to treat me when I become a tenant horrible horrible horrible customer service.??!?!?! Lived here for almost 3 years. Maintenance is very quick and efficient and the front office is understanding. As long as you communicate with the front office, you'll be fine. If not, expect some problems (but that's true everywhere)
