Didn't tell us it was a POA/HOA until the last minute when pen was going to paper. Now that we live here we struggle with nonstop community bickering and neighbors constantly in each other's business. We would have NEVER bought had we known upfront as we were interested in a peaceful life.

Professional & courteous service. Even though I only purchased vacant land I received VIP treatment! Update: I recently sold the vacant land due to change of plan. Gregory Anderson was extremely helpful from start to finish.

Very unresponsive, treated us like we were 17 year old kids looking for our first home. Called three times, spoke with the husband 3 times, requested properties that were available in our price and in our areas. Never received those emails. Also treated our retired law enforcement neighbor the same way. Very unreliable, would not recommend. It's hard to not support a local small business but in this case I will be making an exception.

This guy is not as described in some of the reviews on here. As a disabled military veteran with 23 years of service I was looking for a piece of property near Fort White. I contacted him, and Nikki with a full cash offer on land for sale near the Sante Fe river on a Friday. He told me to wait until Monday and that we needed a “cooling down” period over the weekend, are you kidding me? Car dealers do this, not realtors, or I should say an “honest” realtor….so shady. No response, no contact, zero communication. Pathetic people, both of you!!! Should be ashamed treating someone like that. You do know, or should know, that is against the Florida realtors association ethics code to flagrantly deny someone an opportunity to buy property. You are “required” to submit “ALL” offers to your client
