Country Park Apartments

After reading all the reviews, I totally agree with most of these reviews. I used to live out there back in 2014. I thought they were pretty nice when I first saw them. Being a original citizen from flint michigan, I relocated down there in 2012. When I first moved to country park apartments, i noticed the maintenance guys would ride around on golf carts but wouldn't ever do their jobs. I recall a moment where they replaced a new stove and threw the box that it came in outside for all the kids to play with and tear up. And I also recall cleaning that mess up. When it was time for me to relocate back home to flint, i cleaned my apartment spotless. They did not approve of the cleanliness, the carpets were also clean but yet, not to their liking, So they kept my deposit. Kind of sad to see th

It them 4ever to fix things but eventually gets done by section 8.the nosiy neighbor's the no pool open they charged me to much for the deposit. On a move in special 99.00 in up 375. Really? Where's the pool opening false advise about pool must open an fix pool and stop taking money for the lies. Ppl coming in my place why they opening up my place without permission yall doing to much!!! Nice apartments i.better maintenance better trust worthy managers

Handicap, Wheel Chair ramps are missing on many building. It has been this way for at least 90 days. The tenants had such high hopes about the "New Management", but the office staff are rude and they do not seem to care about the tenants at all.

Horrible mantence and apartments manger they have their pick in we hom they help around here it takes almost a decade to get help they messed my apartment up on purpose they don't take responsiblelty for their actions , ppl pay rent for a peaceful clean environment I don't know what they r running here roachesbed bugs spiders carpet needs renewed and cleaned been asking they sit on their blessed assurance and gossip always and find a way to attack cause B's at me they need new owners not user's that's caring don't mind fixing their apartment needs that your jobs not throwing ppl out bulling them

They are very under staffed but just pay your rent and they do take care of you if you stay on their butts. They are ok apartments.. Better than being homeless or sleeping on the streets. Really count your blessings
