I’ve been living here for almost a year. When I moved in everything was great until my washer flooded. I had the maintenance person hook it up so I wouldn’t mess anything up. They came as it was flooding the dining area and never checked back for mold. When I asked why it went through the wall and didn’t stay in the laundry room, they told me they had no idea and they never checked for mold after. If there is moisture between walls, mold WILL form. Fast forward to April 3rd. My new upstairs neighbors have the same issue. Their washer floods. The water starts coming through my ceiling and runs down the walls, covering my washing machine in an orange film. I told them when it happened, mold WILL grow. They didn’t believe me. I called back a couple days later when I noticed mold growth. Nobod

Absolutely a beautiful place to live. I been here for a year now. My neighbors are very nice. The manager Marian is a sweetheart. The office staff was always there to attend my needs and trust me I didn’t have but maybe 2 work orders. I love it here. Thank you Country Park for everything. You guys rock. Love you.

Do NOT move here. This was our first apartment, at the time I had moved in while pregnant with my second baby, and soon after we moved in the manager was fired for stealing money from tenants, the next manager did this to us as well. While I was pregnant, the fire riser broke during a freeze and completely flooded our apartment with water. They expected us to clean it ourselves, in the freezing cold. The fire riser continued to leak for months. And it started to mold after, they never prevented or got rid of the mold and then told us it wasn’t there after showing pictures. I had to bring a baby home in a flooded mold filled apartment and they did not care. Shortly after management started to steal my rent and they put in their system that we didn’t live there while we paid rent so they NEV

This place is a awful place to live! ROACH infested, squatters, and trash everywhere. They painted over everything and they don’t fix anything. I stayed there a year and they had 3 managers and 4 different maintenance teams they all were horrible. One of the managers went to jail for stealing deposits and embezzlement. The second manager was stealing residents property and rent relief checks. They never fixed anything. I had to send them a certified letter for them to fix a leak after six months of begging and it was still leaking. My son saw a policeman kill someone for holding a knife to his girlfriends neck. They clearly have fake reviews because ain’t no way ppl are giving them more than 1 star. Also I never got my $300 deposit back I didn’t even question it I was just happy to be out
