Lived here for ten years and they kicked us out bc they wanted us to pay 3k for a fine that didn’t make sense and they wanted everyone to pay a amount sum for a remodeling that had started and they just gave the fine and we were like from where did this come from and they said late fees when the late fees are $5 and they was charging 25-30 a month and it was maybe like 5 days bc it use to be every month on the 5th and then they said the rent went up when they didn’t give notice 😐 nothing had been done to it since like December, 2024
I have been living here for 15 years. The last 3 years have been terrible with this administration. The two maintenance guys lack experience and don’t know how to fix a lot of things. The Manager lacks experience as well. These apartments are going downhill. We have roaches infestations that we didn’t have before. We have mold and termites as well. This administration does not respect the tenants and disregards tenant’s rights often. To get problems solved or fixed you have to complain for months or even years. Maintenance talks crap about residents creating conflicts between neighbors when they can’t fix something to try to cover their lack of experience. Recently, a temporarily manager assaulted a disabled resident and the company didn’t even reach out to that resident to investigate an
It is May of 2019 and the current office staff at Country Oaks are not knowledgeable of the rules according to HUD and Tax credit! They keep messing up people’s files with incorrect information and make it seem like it’s your fault! They act as if they are above everyone else just because this is a low income based property. They think it’s okay to enter your apartment and photograph your home trying to find grounds to evict you. Also when you have lived here for the past 18 years like I have, then you can see how bad they are screwing up! They make up their own rules as they go along and they know must people would not know that what they are doing wrong! I have confronted them repeatedly about things and they say I am being non- compliment! They are looking for anything to evict me by tr
I lived in country oaks from 1983 to 1990 and it was a great experience living there. At that time Irene R.I.P was the manager at Country Oaks and she was an amazing lady who helped everyone. After so many years I applied to country oaks again and I hope to have answers soon for a one bedroom apartment. The lady at the front office was very nice with me and the day before that applied I called the office and I was talking to the manager and she was very nice as well!!
If I could give negative -5⭐ I would. Worst complex in the history of complexes. Management sucks they don't know how to manage a complex receptionist is no help. They don't know how to answer the phone. They are only supposed to be closed 1 day out of the week which is Wednesdays for the Monthly inspections. Yes every single month they come in and inspect. But they close the office several times a week. Takes them forever to do a Simple work order. If someone makes a complaint about you they give you a non compliance without even talking to you to get your side of it. If there is a problem between 2 residents you better be the first one to the office or you will be the 1 to get written up. Without them even getting your side of it.They are supposed to mediate. I had to call code enforcemen
